Aufgaben

• Credit Underwriting & Financial Analysis: Perform detailed underwriting of distressed and underperforming CRE loans, including analysis of property-level operating statements, rent rolls, lease expirations, tenant credit, net operating income, DSCR, LTV, debt yield, and debt repayment capacity.
• Collateral Evaluation: Assess collateral quality, market fundamentals, leasing assumptions, capex requirements, valuations, and projected cash flows to determine recovery values.
• Credit Risk Assessment: Identify deteriorating credit trends, borrower capacity, covenant breaches, maturity risks, and other factors affecting performance and recovery.
• Resolution Strategy Analysis: Evaluate loan resolution options including modifications, extensions, restructurings, discounted payoffs, note sales, foreclosure, and disposition of OREO.
• Financial Modeling & Scenario Analysis: Build models to evaluate downside scenarios, recoveries, liquidation timelines, and economics of strategies.
• Credit Memoranda & Recommendations: Prepare analyses, memos, portfolio updates, and senior management recommendations.
• Portfolio Management: Monitor loans for changes in performance and risk to adjust strategy.
• Workout Execution: Support implementation of workout strategies with borrowers, counsel, brokers, and asset managers.
• Due Diligence & Documentation: Review loan documents, financial reports, appraisals, value opinions, and environmental reports to inform decisions.
