Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 12+ years in product management or product line management.
• Experience managing hardware-based product portfolios in enterprise switching or related networks.
• Strong understanding of Layer 2/3 switching and EVPN VXLAN; proven launch and lifecycle success.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise switching portfolio.
• Lead portfolio planning, investment decisions, and end-to-life lifecycle management.
• Engage with customers, partners, and analysts to validate strategy and represent the wired portfolio in executive engagements.
• Collaborate with engineering on requirements, business cases, and development priorities.
• Own business cases, pricing, revenue forecasts, and monitor portfolio performance.
