Journeyman Distillery in Three Oaks, MI is seeking a part-time Tour Guide to welcome guests and share the grain-to-glass story with energy and charm. You will lead tours, answer questions, and help guests connect with our craft and heritage.

Qualifications

• Must be able to tell compelling stories and engage guests.
• Strong public speaking and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in customer service and hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests at scheduled tour times.
• Outline tour and timeline before starting.
• Determine any accessibility considerations for guests.
• Provide information clearly and engagingly.
• Answer guest questions and guide tours.
• Escort guests through the tour and keep it on schedule.
• Assist guests with retail purchases as needed.
