MGP Ingredients is a leading supplier of premium distilled spirits and food ingredient solutions. This position involves learning and operating all phases of Master Control Room Operations, Boiler Operations, and distillery field operations across multiple stills and systems.

• Learn and operate all phases of Master Control Room Operations, Boiler Operations, and the Evaporator and Mingler portions of Distillery Field Tech operations.
• Operate field and operator related facets of the Beer still, High Quality, Anhydrous, USP and Gin still distillation systems, cooker, enzyme delivery system, continuous fermentation, Swiss Combi, Waste Heat Finisher, dryhouse operations, boiler operations and cooling towers.

What You Will Be Doing

• Must be able to learn and operate all phases of the following positions: Master Control Room Operations, Boiler Operations, and the Evaporator and Mingler portions of the Distillery Field Tech operations.
• This includes, but is not limited to, learning and operating all field and operator related facets of the Beer still, High Quality, Anhydrous, USP and Gin still distillation systems, cooker, enzyme delivery system, continuous fermentation, Swiss Combi, Waste Heat Finisher, dryhouse operations, boiler operations and cooling towers.
