Responsibilities

• Learn and operate all phases of Master Control Room Operations, Boiler Operations, and the Evaporator and Mingler portions of Distillery Field Tech operations.
• Operate field and operator related facets of the Beer still, High Quality, Anhydrous, USP and Gin still distillation systems, cooker, enzyme delivery system, continuous fermentation, Swiss Combi, Waste Heat Finisher, dryhouse operations, boiler operations and cooling towers.
