Ko-Kwel Casino Resort on Oregon's southern coast invites a skilled bartender to join Plank House Restaurant and Ko-Kwel Spirits. You will craft signature cocktails, lead tastings, and promote Cask Club memberships while delivering exceptional guest service.

This role blends high-end mixology with hospitality and brand education, engaging guests with detailed knowledge of the distillery portfolio and keeping service welcoming and professional.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• OLCC permit required and knowledge of regulations.
• Food handler's card and health/sanitation standards required.
• Hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Strong cash handling and POS skills.

Responsibilities

• Craft signature cocktails and serve guests at the bar and tasting room.
• Conduct guided tastings and share brand stories.
• Promote and sell Cask Club memberships to guests.
• Maintain bar safety, cleanliness and guest satisfaction during peak times.
• Open/close the bar, manage side work and cash handling accurately.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth service and compliance.
