Job summary

MGP Ingredients is seeking a candidate to operate core distillery processes and support production lines at our facility. The role involves learning and handling Master Control Room Operations, Boiler Operations, and the evaporator and mingler portions of the Distillery Field Tech operations.

The successful candidate will learn and operate all facets of the distillation systems, cooker, enzyme delivery, continuous fermentation, Swiss Combi, Waste Heat Finisher, dryhouse operations, and cooling

Qualifications

• Must be able to learn and operate all phases of Master Control Room Operations, Boiler Operations, and the Evaporator and Mingler portions of the Distillery Field Tech operations.

Responsibilities

• Learn and operate field and operator facets of the Beer still, High Quality, Anhydrous, USP and Gin still distillation systems, cooker, enzyme delivery system, continuous fermentation, Swiss Combi, Waste Heat Finisher, dryhouse operations, boiler operations and cooling towers.
