Position Summary

Your responsibilities include supporting the Pharmacy Manager, leading and directing Pharmacy Support Staff, and managing all aspects of the pharmacy operations, including:

• Pharmacy Practice

• Personnel and Inventory Management
• Financial Performance and Loss Prevention
• Workflow Optimization

Additionally, you will lead patient care programs, demonstrate empathy and compassion, motivate and develop staff, identify business opportunities, implement solutions, adapt to change, and foster a team culture focused on caring and excellence.

Minimum Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
• Immunization Certification from an accredited organization (e.g., APhA)
• No pending felony charges or convictions related to controlled substances

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. degree

• Anticipated Weekly Hours: 40
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Pay Range: $60.00 - $74.00 per hour
