Position Summary

Required Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
• Immunization Certification from an accredited organization (e.g., APhA)
• No pending felony charges or convictions involving controlled substances

Preferred Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. degree

Anticipated Weekly Hours: 30

Time Type: Full time

Pay Range: $60.00 - $74.00 per hour, with actual offer based on experience, education, location, and other factors. Eligible for bonus or incentive programs.
