Grainger is hiring a part-time Distribution Center Associate in Southaven, MS. The role focuses on warehouse tasks such as picking, packing, staging and shipping while ensuring accuracy and safety. You’ll report to a DC Supervisor or Process Manager and support inventory integrity.
The position runs Mon-Fri 2:00pm-6:00pm, offering hourly pay with raises over 12 months and eligibility for benefits from day one. PIE operators receive additional pay for equipment operation.
This position is hourly. Pay starts at $18.70/hour [with three raises in 12 months bringing your pay to $19.90/hour]

The Distribution Center Associate performs warehouse responsibilities and functions to support inventory integrity, order processing – picking, packing, staging, shipping, general maintenance and housekeeping responsibilities to guarantee a safe and clean work environment. Ensure compliance with safety requirements by performing inspections and maintenance. You will role report directly to a DC Supervisor or Process Manager and have regular interaction with other DC Associates.
