Qualifications

• Strong leadership, mentoring and collaboration across teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead, mentor and inspire teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to foster collaboration, innovation and excellence within the Dissolution Team.
• Collaborate to design, execute and interpret dissolution studies for formulation development and regulatory submissions.
• Guide data-driven decisions and ensure regulatory alignment for late-stage programs.
• Stay updated on dissolution science trends and apply new knowledge to the team.
• Develop and implement SOPs and best practices with a sense of urgency.
