- Degree in Analytical Chemistry, PharmSci, Chemical Engineering, or Automation/Robotics; BS/MS/PhD accepted.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with senior stakeholders and lead matrix teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead dissolution method development, qualification, and tech transfer across programs to ensure reliable product quality.
- Develop dissolution strategy and establish platform technology and automated systems.
- Drive cross-functional roadmaps, governance, and innovation in dissolution analytics.
- Mentor staff, hire input, and build team capability in automated workflows.
