• Experience with automation and lifecycle management of methods.
• Regulatory bridging to GMP and QA collaboration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead dissolution method development and tech-transfer across programs.
• Establish dissolution strategies as a center of excellence for regulatory and technical needs.
• Collaborate with Formulation, Process Development, and Quality to align strategies.
• Build automated dissolution systems and data management platforms.
• Provide technical and people leadership for the Dissolution Analytics Development capability.
