Qualifications

BS/MS in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Microbiology, or related field (PhD preferred).
20+ years in pharma/biotech with depth in Analytical Development and/or QC, including leadership of GMP analytical laboratories.
Experience leading GMP analytical laboratories - method lifecycle, capacity, instrumentation, data integrity.
AQbD, risk-based validation/verification, robustness, and method lifecycle management.
Knowledge of analytical platforms across modalities and informatics systems (CDS/LIMS/ELN).

Responsibilities

Own operations, performance, compliance, and resourcing of US central and Japan regional laboratories.
Lead a multi-manager laboratory organization and build capability and succession.
Interface with stakeholders to align on prioritization, resources, and technology plans.
Drive GMP method validation, tech transfer, and lifecycle management.
Support regulatory submissions, inspections, and data integrity posture.
