Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking an Entry-Level Design Engineer for its Accessories New Product Development team in Milwaukee, WI. The role centers on leading design efforts across cross-functional teams to bring disruptive accessory products to market.

You will perform 3D modeling, drafting, and analyses, while collaborating with Global Engineering, Quality, and Operations. Domestic and international travel may be required; on-site work is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Previous entry-level engineering or internship experience preferred.
• Proficient in 3D modeling and drafting.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong mechanical aptitude.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead design engineering within cross-functional teams on NPD Accessories.
• Develop and implement design analyses and test regimens.
• Prepare and present milestone reviews to project leaders.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams across domestic and international locations.
• Support engineering changes and manage part numbers/BOMs.
