Job summary

Addison Group is seeking a detail-oriented Dispute Analyst to join our client’s credit and collections team in Waller, TX. This on-site role focuses on running dispute reports, distributing them to branch locations for resolution, and coordinating with Credit Analysts to ensure resolved disputes are monitored for payment.

The ideal candidate has strong data entry and reporting skills and is comfortable communicating with multiple departments in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous administrative, data entry, or clerical experience preferred.
• Experience with credit, collections, or dispute resolution is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel and Office applications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run dispute reports to identify outstanding disputes requiring resolution.
• Distribute reports to branch locations for review and follow-up.
• Track outstanding disputes and monitor progress toward resolution.
• Follow up with branch personnel to ensure disputes are addressed timely.
• Maintain accurate records of dispute statuses and resolutions.
• Forward resolved disputes to Credit Analysts for continued monitoring.
