Six Degrees is seeking a Credit & Collections Analyst to manage commercial receivables in Addison, IL, ensuring timely payments and accurate account records. You will collaborate with sales and service teams to resolve discrepancies and optimize cash flow.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in credit/AR, a four-year degree, and strong communication and Excel skills. Onsite, full-time role with bonus potential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial credit, B2B collections, or accounts receivable experience.
• Experience managing customer accounts and resolving payment issues.
• Four-year degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with accounting systems, Excel, and AR reporting.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts, including collections and past-due receivables.
• Review customer credit limits and assist with credit decisions.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies, payment issues, and account disputes.
• Work closely with sales and customer service teams to resolve outstanding balances.
• Monitor aging reports, payment trends, and collection activity.
• Maintain accurate customer account records and credit documentation.
• Help improve collections processes and overall cash flow.
