Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate is a key link between Merchandising and Store Operations, creating eye-catching displays and accurate pricing to improve the shopping experience. You may engage customers when opportunities arise, answering questions and locating merchandise.

This role focuses on signage, pricing accuracy, and display maintenance, with opportunities to learn about store operations and trade skills. Weekend shifts may be required for some locations.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with accommodation.

Responsabilités

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects per Lowe's specs.
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are ready for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and product signage; maintain digital signage.
• Ensure pricing labels are visible and replace missing labels.
• Assist in driving add-on sales by staging clearance products.
• Repair/replace damaged signs and displays.
• Communicate project priorities with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
