Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Merchandising Services Associate to assure accurate signage, pricing, and displays across the store. You will create appealing product layouts that are easy to locate and may engage customers to answer questions and provide product information.

Responsibilities include merchandising resets, updating signage, supporting add-on sales, and communicating with the Merchandising Services Team. Weekend shifts may be required based on location and schedule.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition/subtraction).
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally with others.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or more with/without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects according to Lowe's specifications and provide proof of completion for assigned tasks.
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update/validate wayfinding and product location signage, and digitally maintain this information.
• Confirm product pricing information is clearly visible and replace missing price labels.
• Help drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and ensuring displays are placed properly.
• Repair/replace damaged or missing items, including signage, merchandise and displays.
• Communicate project priorities, schedule, and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service to store, market, and corporate leaders.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
