Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in high-volume or guest-facing cooking roles.
• Ability to prepare food while interacting with guests and maintaining presentation and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning and ensuring proper serving temperatures and presentation.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety in the kitchen and follows HACCP standards.
• Assists with ordering, receiving, and inventory as required.
• Communicates effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth service.
