• Answer telephones and direct inquiries professionally

• Assist with staffing and coverage when staff are out
• Maintain accurate student-related records and run weekly cash sales and meal counts
• Process vendor invoices and prepare end-of-month financial reports
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and participate in safety meetings
