Responsibilities

• Partners with Visual Merchandising Manager to create engaging displays reflecting trends in art, design, culture, architecture, and fashion.
• Demonstrates impact of display on store sales and profitability.
• Engages customers through display work on the sales floor and drives community connections via workshops and events.
• Mentors the team by training display expectations, standards, and tool management.
• Attends store meetings and shares inspiration and updates from Home Office and Field Leadership.
• Takes initiative to grow display experience and train future display talent.
