Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Visual Merchandising Manager to create engaging displays for store and reflect trends in art, design, culture, architecture, and fashion
• Demonstrate impact of displays on store sales and profitability
• Engage customers through on-floor display work and community workshops/events when applicable
• Mentor team by training visual standards and tool management
• Attend store meetings to share inspiration and updates from Home Office and Field Leadership
• Identify and train future display talent
• Contribute to display planning, sketch ideas, manage timelines within visual budget
• Apply seasonal direction from Home Office to meet store needs and maintain fixtures and signage
• Create and install high craft interior and window displays; manage de-installation and back-of-house upkeep
• Support zone coverage and adapt schedules to business needs
• Foster inclusive environment and strong communication within the team
