Crossroads Turning Points (CTP) is hiring a Dispensing Nurse Supervisor for our Colorado methadone dispensing clinic. You will supervise the OTP Coordinator and Dispensing Nurses, ensure accurate dosing per physician orders, and maintain compliant medical records.

The role requires an LPN license in Colorado with knowledge of controlled substances and regulatory requirements; prior substance use treatment experience is preferred. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• LPN license from Colorado required.
• Experience in substance abuse or behavioral health settings preferred.
• Knowledge of medication dispensing regulations and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Supervise OTP Coordinator and Dispensing Nurses.
• Measure and dispense methadone and other medications per orders.
• Maintain medical records in compliance with FDA, DEA, and DBH rules.
• Schedule and supervise assigned staff; ensure safe, clean work area.
• Coordinate with counselors to support patient treatment.
