Job summary

MAPEI Corporation is seeking a Field Service Technician (Dispenser - Concrete Admixtures) in North Dakota. You will install, calibrate, and service dispenser equipment, partnering with area sales reps to support customer installations and maintenance.

The role involves travel within the region and delivering exceptional service to customers. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, related field experience or certification, and strong mechanical/electrical skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Trade certification or 4+ years’ experience in construction or dispenser equipment preferred.
• Proficient in mechanical, electrical, and basic plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical/electrical drawings.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, calibrate, and maintain dispenser equipment, including electrical and mechanical components.
• Perform preventive and emergency repairs to ensure uptime and reliability.
• Assist customers with proper use and maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain service logs, equipment inventory, and ensure parts availability.
• Coordinate with your supervisor to plan efficient installation and service schedules.
• Travel as needed to support customers and service sites.
