Job summary

MAPEI is seeking a Field Service Technician (Dispenser - Concrete Admixtures) in Tulsa/OK City. The role focuses on assembling, installing, calibrating, and servicing dispenser equipment, while supporting sales and maintaining customer relationships.

Responsibilities include planning service work, completing administrative tasks, and potentially overnight travel. A high school diploma or GED is required, with trade certification or 4+ years in construction or dispenser equipment preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Trade certification or 4+ years’ experience in construction or dispenser equipment preferred.
• Proficient in mechanical, electrical, and basic plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical/electrical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, calibrate, and maintain dispenser equipment, including electrical and mechanical components.
• Perform preventive and emergency repairs to ensure uptime and reliability.
• Assist customers with proper use and maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain service logs, equipment inventory, and ensure parts availability.
• Coordinate with your supervisor to plan efficient installation and service schedules.
• Partner with Sales Representatives to build and maintain professional customer relationships.
• Call in delivery orders as needed and respond promptly to customer requests — overnight travel may be required.
• Plan and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly service work.
• Execute administrative duties including equipment ordering, expense reports, calibration tracking, and compliance documentation.
