Job summary

GrowHealthy in Florida is seeking a Store Manager to own the patient experience and drive sales and operations in our dispensary. You will lead a patient-centric team, ensure compliance, and manage daily store performance in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, overseeing inventory and cash handling, and collaborating with Retail Operations to meet growth targets. Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with 4+ years of leadership in a customer-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of exceptional leadership, management, communication and training skills in a customer-centric sales environment.
• Must be able to operate a POS register system and use computers/technology to access information.
• Knowledge of Florida Medical Marijuana Rules & Regulations is a plus.
• Ganjier certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach employees to deliver patient-centric service and build brand loyalty.
• Drive store strategies to achieve sales, service, and operational goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, inventory, reporting, and safety protocols.
• Manage store P&L, cash handling, opening/closing, and controllable expenses.
• Recruit, hire, and train staff in line with HR policies; schedule shifts.
