Armorous is hiring a Security Officer for the Dispensary Market to safeguard properties and deter crime. You will perform hourly tours, control access, and monitor entrances/exits to ensure a secure environment.

The role requires vigilance, strong decision-making, and excellent communication. You will handle security incidents, report findings, and work with a dedicated team in a growing company that values safety and service.

Qualifications

• BSIS Guard Card required and keep BSIS compliance up to date.
• Initial 8-hour training and 32-hour continuing education per BSIS.
• Strong customer service and professional demeanor required.

Responsibilities

• Check IDs of incoming patrons.
• Conduct routine patrols to monitor and secure locations.
• Identify and report safety hazards and unauthorized access.
• Maintain a visible security presence to deter crime.
• Respond to incidents and assist in emergencies.
• Document daily activity and incidents in reports.
• Communicate security updates to supervisors and team.
