Job summary

AEGIS Security & Investigations, Inc. is hiring for Unarmed Officers to protect a Cannabis Dispensary in San Pablo, CA. The role focuses on crime prevention, customer service, and maintaining a safe environment for clients and guests.

Available shifts include Wednesday through Sunday 2:15p-10:15p and weekend/weekday rotations. On-call flex officers are also needed. Prior BSIS training and weapons permits may qualify for armed assignments when available.

Qualifications

• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in security, military, or law enforcement preferred.
• Must meet 1–4 years of security experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Crime and violence prevention and customer service.
• Patrol the work site on foot and monitor entrances.
• Write reports on daily activities and irregularities.
• Conduct access control and monitor entry/exit of personnel.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with first responders.
• Interact professionally with clients, employees and visitors.
