Job summary

Good Day Farm is seeking a General Manager to lead all aspects of the dispensary’s operations, drive sales performance, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will report to the Market Manager and shape a strong customer experience while maintaining store profitability.

The role requires strategic thinking, team leadership, and deep cannabis industry knowledge. The GM will manage staff, inventory, and processes to optimize revenue and loyalty across the brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years in leadership roles in retail, hospitality, or cannabis industries.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated capability in people management and culture building.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff training, hiring, scheduling, and payroll responsibilities.
• Drive revenue and KPI achievement through leadership and customer relations.
• Oversee daily store operations, cash handling, and inventory reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and internal processes.
• Communicate promotions and customer experience initiatives to staff and customers.
