Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years' supervisory/management retail experience.
• Experience with POS operations and hiring/diverse staff.
• Lead through coaching and mentorship to drive staff performance.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Background checks and regulatory cannabis compliance.
• Registered Agent Card obtained in state of operation.
• Strong organization and time management.
• Clear, effective communication.
• Ability to adapt in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager and Leadership Team to execute retail store operations and deliver best-in-class customer experiences.
• Analyze key business metrics, create action plans, and secure team buy-in.
• Maintain effective P&L management by driving sales and controlling expenses.
• Oversee operations including workforce management, inventory reconciliation, and technology (POS, website, loyalty).
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and security policies to prevent diversion/loss.
• Foster relationships with regulators, inspectors, and law enforcement.
• Maintain store appearance in line with corporate standards and drive customer loyalty.
• Lead purchasing from wholesale partners and champion innovation in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned; monitor team performance and conduct regular meetings.
