Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 7+ years' supervisory/management experience in a retail setting.
• Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Cannabis industry working experience preferred but not required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Positive attitude, team player and strong work ethic.
• Understanding of applicable state and local laws and regulations as they pertain to the industry and personnel.
• Must pass any and all required background checks.
• Must be able to obtain and retain regulatory credentials for working in cannabis industry.

Responsibilities

• Drive Results (Financial Performance) and achieve revenue, profitability, and performance targets.
• Monitor sales performance daily/weekly/monthly and adjust strategy.
• Optimize product menus, pricing, and promotions with Commercial Corporate Teams.
• Maximize delivery and curbside performance where applicable.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to test and scale revenue-driving initiatives.
• Approve payroll, PTO, and overtime and review performance reports.
