Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 7+ years' experience in supervisory/management roles in retail with POS operations, inventory control, and retail acumen.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Regulatory compliance and knowledge of state/local cannabis laws preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by achieving revenue, profitability, and KPI targets through strategic planning and data-driven decisions.
• Coach to results; monitor sales metrics and adjust strategy as needed.
• Collaborate with teams to optimize menus, pricing, promotions and delivery options where applicable.
• Approve payroll, PTO, and overtime; review invoices and performance reports.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain customer service excellence in a retail cannabis environment.
