Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a full-time Dispensary Associate to educate patients on cannabis products, ensure compliance, and deliver exceptional service. You will guide customers through product selections, process orders, handle returns, and maintain a clean, organized workspace while supporting delivery and online orders as needed.

The role requires 21+ (18+ in some states), retail experience, strong communication, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent and experience in the field or in a similar field.
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age (18 in CT, PA and WV).
• Prior experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service area is a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and with a variety of personalities at various seniority levels.
• Must possess excellent people skills and be able to communicate effectively with others in both verbal and written form.
• Must be able to work effectively without supervision and in a team environment.
• Must pass a comprehensive background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
• Provide empathy and compassion to patients.
• Provide elevated patient service standards, knowledge, and product information.
• Assist Managers and Shift Supervisors with returns in accordance with company policy.
• Prepare and process patient orders in a timely and efficient manner.
• Follow Policies and Procedures.
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance the customer experience.
• Assist customers with product or device issues.
• Document customer issues on the customer’s profile.
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked workstation throughout the shift.
