Ascend Wellness Holdings in Coshocton, OH is seeking a Part-Time Dispensary Associate to guide customers through the cannabis purchasing experience and recommend products based on desired outcomes. You will maintain product descriptions, ensure accuracy of menus, handle POS transactions, and support store operations in a fast-paced environment with a friendly, customer-focused approach.

Flexibility to work during the week and on weekends is required, with 15-29 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail experience preferred; cannabis retail experience a plus.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Knowledge of basic computer skills.
• Cannabis POS software a plus.
• Positive attitude, team player and strong work ethic.
• Willing to learn applicable state/local laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class customer experience while maintaining compliance.
• Guide customers through sales transactions with advice as needed.
• Ensure the sales floor is stocked, menus accurate, and store well maintained.
• Fulfill and pack customer orders for pickup.
• Maintain a positive, customer-service oriented environment.
• Develop product knowledge to offer up-to-date information.
