Job summary

Texas Original Compassionate Cultivation seeks a Dispensary Associate who is highly organized, detail oriented, and self-motivated to assist with dispensary responsibilities. The ideal candidate will work independently and with a team, follow strict protocols for accuracy and compliance, and deliver exceptional customer service to every patient.

Responsibilities

  • Actively engage patients in a warm and welcoming manner, and offer personalized recommendations.
  • Handle patient issues and complaints with patient retention in mind, escalating when necessary.
  • Uphold inventory control and comply with state and company procedures and vendor delivery rules.
  • Learn and execute point of sale systems to process patient profiles, check out patients, and deliver exceptional service.
  • Commit to being the Gold Standard in customer service by building and maintaining patient relationships.
  • Gather feedback from patients and communicate questions or concerns to the appropriate department.
  • Assist in educating potential patients on the Compassionate Use Program and how to become a Texas Original.
  • Daily compliance with dispensary policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to team environment and company advancement in alignment with Texas Original's direction.
  • Other duties assigned.
  • Serve as the first line of contact with customers via phone, email, and in-person to assist, answer inquiries, and resolve issues related to orders and accounts.
  • Process online orders accurately and efficiently, and assist customers with placing orders over the phone.

TheDispensaryAssociateis highly organized, detail oriented and self-motivated toassistwithDispensaryresponsibilities.The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, as well as with a team, and follow strict protocols for accuracy and compliance.The candidate will be comfortable using point of sale system and electronic correspondence. TheDispensaryAssociate is arepresentativeof Texas Original and willpossessexceptionalcustomer service and communication skills as they can be the first contact for some of our patientsand therefore the face of the company. We also hope that our dispensary associate will help usidentifyways we can be more effective and efficient by contributing fresh ideas for improvement.

Essential Functions:

  • Uphold inventory control to minimize loss bycomplying withall state and company inventory control procedures and vendor delivery procedures
  • Learn and execute point of sale systems to set up patient profiles, check patients out and deliver exceptional customer service to every patient, every time
  • Commit to being the Gold Standard in customer service by building andmaintainingcustomer relationships
  • Gather feedback from patients and communicate any questionsor concerns with theappropriate department(s)
  • Assistin educating potential patients on the Compassionate Use Program and how to become a Texas Original
  • Daily compliance with dispensary policies including but not limited to state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, inventory tracking, dress code, workschedulesand HR policies
  • Contribute to team environment and company advancement in alignment with Texas Original direction
  • Other duties assigned
  • Serve as the first line of defense for the company, upholding our standards of excellence in customer service. Interact with customers via phone, email, and in-person toaid, answer inquiries, and resolve issues related to orders, shipments, and account management.
  • Process online orders accurately and efficiently, ensuringtimelyfulfillment and delivery.Assistcustomerswithplacing orders over the phone, providing product information, pricing, and availability as needed.
  • Execute daily order fulfillment tasks while adhering to regulatory standards
  • Maintainingaccurateinventory records and fulfillment practices
  • Verify prescriptions, pick products, and pack orders while ensuring accuracy and compliance
Delivery Responsibilities:
  • Deliver time sensitive orders to patients and retail locations whilemaintainaccuracy and professionalism
  • Load and unloadorders at the beginning and end of each shift, ensuring secure transport and handling
  • Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and ensure all deliveriescomply withcompany safety and transportation standards
  • Verify and collect all required delivery documentations, including patient signatures
  • Communicate with support teams to resolve delivery issues in real time while following all company and TCUP regulations

$18 - $18 an hour
