Job summary

Texas Original Compassionate Cultivation is seeking a Dispensary Associate to warmly engage patients, process orders, and uphold strict compliance while delivering outstanding customer service at the point of sale. You will be the face of Texas Original, handling inquiries and guiding patients through product options with care.

As part of a team, you will keep precise inventory, follow protocols, and communicate with departments to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Engage patients in a warm, welcoming manner and offer personalized recommendations.
• Handle patient issues and complaints professionally to aid retention.
• Uphold inventory control and comply with state and company procedures.
• Learn and operate POS to set up profiles, check out patients and deliver excellent service.
• Build and maintain customer relationships as the face of Texas Original.
• Assist educating patients on the Compassionate Use Program and becoming a Texas Original customer.
• Ensure daily compliance with all policies and regulations.

We also hope that our dispensary associate will help usidentifyways we can be more effective and efficient by contributing fresh ideas for improvement.

Essential Functions:

• Actively engage patients in awarmand welcoming manner, offer personalized recommendations and solutions
• Handle patient issues and complaints in a proactive and professional manner with patient retention always in mind, escalating to theappropriate partieswhen necessary
• Uphold inventory control to minimize loss bycomplying withall state and company inventory control procedures and vendor delivery procedures
• Learn and execute point of sale systems to set up patient profiles, check patients out and deliver exceptional customer service to every patient, every time
• Commit to being the Gold Standard in customer service by building andmaintainingcustomer relationships
• Gather feedback from patients and communicate any questionsor concerns with theappropriate department(s)
• Assistin educating potential patients on the Compassionate Use Program and how to become a Texas Original
• Daily compliance with dispensary policies including but not limited to state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, inventory tracking, dress code, workschedulesand HR policies
• Contribute to team environment and company advancement in alignment with Texas Original direction
• Other duties assigned
• Serve as the first line of defense for the company, upholding our standards of excellence in customer service. Interact with customers via phone, email, and in-person toaid, answer inquiries, and resolve issues related to orders, shipments, and account management.
• Process online orders accurately and efficiently, ensuringtimelyfulfillment and delivery.Assistcustomerswithplacing orders over the phone, providing product information, pricing, and availability as needed.
• Execute daily order fulfillment tasks while adhering to regulatory standards
• Maintainingaccurateinventory records and fulfillment practices
• Verify prescriptions, pick products, and pack orders while ensuring accuracy and compliance

Delivery Responsibilities:

• Deliver time sensitive orders to patients and retail locations whilemaintainaccuracy and professionalism
• Load and unloadorders at the beginning and end of each shift, ensuring secure transport and handling
• Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and ensure all deliveriescomply withcompany safety and transportation standards
• Verify and collect all required delivery documentations, including patient signatures
• Communicate with support teams to resolve delivery issues in real time while following all company and TCUP regulations

$18 - $18 an hour
