• In-depth knowledge of the Atlanta metro area and Southeast region logistics.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and maintain a clean motor vehicle record (MVR).

• Dispatch and coordinate driver schedules effectively.
• Monitor routes and driver statuses in real time.
• Communicate essential information such as order specifics, traffic updates, and delivery instructions to drivers.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, dispatch activities, and logistical data within the system.
• Provide responsive, professional customer support by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
