Job summary

Ecowaste Solutions seeks a Dispatcher for full-time work in Hays, KS. You will handle route sequencing, communicate with drivers, and provide admin support while ensuring accurate information and excellent service. Weekly pay is offered along with incentives and benefits.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and knowledge of DOT rules; two years of dispatch experience is preferred. Must be able to balance tasks and interact professionally with the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Dispatch: 2 years (Preferred).
• Knowledge of DOT rules and regulations (Mandatory).
• Ability to balance multiple tasks while positively motivating, coaching and communicating clear instructions to others.
• Physical limitations (Lift, Carry, Move no more than 50lbs).

Responsibilities

• Route sequencing and dispatching.
• Communicate route changes with drivers.
• Check drivers in and out to insure a positive start and route completion.
• Answer phones and greet incoming employees.
• Provide administrative support for special projects as assigned.
• Other administrative tasks as needed.
• Work with others in a team environment to ensure accurate information and superior customer service.
• Communicate in person and by phone with team members.
