Job summary

LIFT 21X LLC, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner serving Idaho Falls, is seeking a full-time operations supervisor. You will monitor daily delivery operations, guide Delivery Associates, and ensure safety as a top priority.

This four-day workweek position requires weekend and holiday availability, leadership potential, and the ability to coordinate launches, check-ins, and end-of-day closeouts while maintaining high standards.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older with a valid driver's license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with computers, smartphones, GPS, and multiple software applications.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Comfortable coaching, supporting, and holding team members accountable.
• Dependable and available to work the full scheduled shift.
• Previous leadership, dispatch, logistics, transportation, or delivery experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

Schedule

This is a full-time, four-day-per-week position consisting of extended operational shifts and a shorter weekly leadership/overlap shift. Weekend and holiday availability is required as scheduled.
