The Dispatcher/Office Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in supporting daily operations by coordinating schedules, managing customer communications, and performing a variety of administrative duties to ensure efficient office and field operations. Serving as the central point of communication between customers, drivers, and internal teams, this hybrid role is responsible for tracking service requests, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the timely completion of work. This position is responsible for dispatching trucks and coordinating daily routes to maximize efficiency while ensuring all scheduled work, including same-day service requests, is completed. The Dispatcher/Office Administrative Assistant monitors route progress, addresses scheduling changes, communicates updates to customers and field personnel, and provides administrative support to help maintain a high level of customer service and operational excellence.
