Role Description The Dispatcher Mexico Operations is a full-time, on-site role located in Laredo, TX. This position coordinates daily cross-border freight movements between the United States and Mexico, ensuring loads are scheduled, assigned, and dispatched in alignment with delivery timelines and customer requirements. The dispatcher communicates with drivers, customers, and partner carriers to provide load details, resolve issues, and update delivery statuses. Responsibilities include monitoring routes and transit times, managing documentation related to shipments, and maintaining accurate records in dispatch systems. The role also involves collaborating with operations and customer service teams to improve efficiency, support safety and compliance, and uphold SBC Transportation’s service standards.
