Madison Core Laboratories is seeking an experienced Dispatcher to coordinate blood draws and specimen collection orders for the Mobile Phlebotomy team. The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and clear communication with phlebotomists, clients, and internal departments.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of dispatching or scheduling experience in healthcare or laboratory services, with a strong eye for detail and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of related experience and/or training, required.
• Previous dispatching or scheduling experience within laboratory services, preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent, required.

Responsibilities

• Accurately assign blood draws and specimen orders to Mobile Phlebotomy team members.
• Review incoming collection requests and confirm timely assignment.
• Enter orders into the appropriate system accurately.
• Monitor workloads and adjust assignments as needed.
• Communicate scheduling updates clearly with phlebotomists and clients.
• Support Billing with missing information and follow up with clients.
• Coordinate courier pickups when required to ensure timely transport.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, assignments, and communications.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support daily operations.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality of patient and client data.
