Job summary

Acuity International is seeking a Dispatcher to manage the daily operations of the Security/Police Desk at the Kwajalein Central Patrol Station and Roi-Namur Security Detachment, deploying to the Marshall Islands. The role requires vigilance, quick decision-making, and coordination of emergency responses.

Responsibilities include staffing the desk around the clock, maintaining journals, and dispatching medical, fire, and security personnel while ensuring accurate incident reports are filed. U.S.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Active U.S. Secret Clearance (preferred)
• Possess 911 Communications Certification or ability to obtain (preferred)
• Emergency Medical Dispatch Certification or ability to obtain

Responsibilities

• Staff the Security/Police desk 24/7, including holidays.
• Maintain Daily Activity Journal and Military Police Journal.
• Dispatch Security personnel, 911 and medical/fire units as required.
• Monitor IDS Alarm System and C-sUAS operations when installed.
• Complete detailed incident reports when required.

The Dispatcher is responsible for the daily operation of the Security/Police Desk located at the Kwajalein Central Patrol Station and Roi-Namur Security Detachment. Deploying to the Marshall Islands.

Location: Deploying to the Marshall Islands.

Job Summary:

The Dispatcher is responsible for the daily operation of the Security/Police Desk located at the Kwajalein Central Patrol Station and Roi-Namur Security Detachment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Staff the Security/Police desk 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including holidays
• Maintain Daily Activity Journal
• Maintain Military Police Journal
• Dispatch Security and DACP
• Answer 911 calls
• Dispatch medical and fire personnel
• Monitor IDS Alarm System
• Monitor C-sUAS station when installed and active
• Dispatch appropriate personnel to locations of IDS alarm activations
• Complete detailed incident reports when required

Qualifications:

• Must be a U.S. citizen
• Must be at least 21 years
• Must have an active U.S. Secret Clearance
• Possess 911 Communications Certification or ability to obtain
• Emergency Medical Dispatch Certification
• Must have completed a 40-hour basic telecommunicator program such as those approved by Association of Public Safety Communication Officials (APOC), International Academy of Emergency Dispatchers (IAED), Department of Defense (DOD), PowerPhone or states equivalent
• Ability to pass medical screening including drug test prior to deployment
• Possess a US Passport with a minimum of two (2) years remaining
• Active US Driver's License
• Familiarity with MS Office suite and basic computer skills
• Must pass a background check in accordance with contract requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior Police/EMS Dispatch, military or civilian, experience is preferred

Physical Requirements and Work Conditions:

• Work involves sitting and standing for prolonged periods of time
• Work involves prolonged keyboard and monitor usage
