Job summary

Acuity International is seeking a Dispatcher to oversee the daily operation of the Security/Police Desk at Kwajalein Central Patrol Station and Roi-Namur Security Detachment. This role requires coordinating security responses, logging incidents, and ensuring continuous coverage. Qualifications include U.S.

citizenship, 21+ age, active U.S. Secret Clearance, 911 dispatch and EMD certifications, and completion of a 40-hour telecommunicator program.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have an active U.S. Secret Clearance.
• Possess 911 Communications Certification or ability to obtain.
• Emergency Medical Dispatch Certification.
• Must have completed a 40-hour basic telecommunicator program such as APOC/IAED/DOD/PowerPhone or equivalents.
• Ability to pass a medical screening include drug test.

Responsibilities

• Staff the Security/Police desk 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including holidays.
• Maintain Daily Activity Journal.
• Maintain Military Police Journal.
• Dispatch Security and DACP.
• Answer 911 calls.
• Dispatch medical and fire personnel.
• Monitor IDS Alarm System.
• Monitor C-sUAS station when installed and active.
• Dispatch appropriate personnel to locations of IDS alarm activations.
• Complete detailed incident reports when required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior Police/EMS Dispatch, military or civilian, experience is preferred

Physical Requirements and Work Conditions:

• Work involves sitting and standing for prolonged periods of time.
• Work involves prolonged keyboard and monitor usage
