Acuity International on Kwajalein Island is seeking a Lieutenant who will supervise small groups of guards and assume greater responsibility for Entry & Exit, Dock Security Checkpoint, or the Central Police Station. Responsibilities include managing personnel and visitors, supervising Local National LN Access Control Officers, liaising with LN Customs, coordinating escorts, and ensuring posts are properly staffed and compliant with orders.

Candidates must be a U.S.

Competenze

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have an active U.S. Secret Clearance.
• Minimum 3 years of security management experience in supervisory and/or management roles.
• ASIS CPP certification is preferred.

Mansioni

• Handles all personnel and visitors arriving to or departing from Kwajalein Island by marine vessels.
• Supervises small groups of guards.
• Supervises small group of Local National (LN) Access Control Officers.
• Liaisons with LN Customs Officers.
• Coordinate and assist with Foreign National (FN) escorts when required.
• Become familiar with Host Nation Customs and Courtesies.
• Assist with Access Control Procedures during special events.
• Ensures that all assigned guard posts are staffed, monitoring performance of assigned guard force personnel.
• Ensures that all guard personnel are aware of and abide by all Post and general orders.
