• Serve as the Department’s primary dispatcher for emergency and non-emergency calls; dispatch police units; operate CAD, radio, and telecommunication systems.
• Process and file reports; assist public and department personnel; maintain records.
• Prioritize service requests, manage resources, and perform shift/overtime as required.
