Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; technical degree preferred
• Strong verbal, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to work flexible shifts and long periods seated at a computer
• Subject to DOT drug testing and physical requirements
