Responsibilities

• Track all drivers throughout the day and send status updates.
• Respond to ETA requests and communicate delays to supervision.
• Record driver feedback and route issues.
• Handle dispatch calls and assist drivers with vendor issues.
• Assist with invoicing, billing updates, and customer shipment status.
