B & J Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced Dispatcher with HVAC/plumbing/electrical background to join our growing team in Wilson, NC. You'll coordinate daily technician schedules, prioritize urgent calls, and keep customers and technicians moving smoothly.

Proficiency with scheduling software (ServiceTitan preferred) and strong organizational skills are required to thrive in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years dispatching experience in HVAC/plumbing/electrical.
• Proficient with scheduling software and able to pass a background check.
• Experience using ServiceTitan is highly preferred.
• Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Ability to stay calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maximize technician productivity while maintaining realistic schedules and travel times.
• Proficient with computers, scheduling software, and phone systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily technician schedules and adjust routes as needed.
• Prioritize emergency, same-day, and time-sensitive service calls.
• Communicate job details, customer concerns, and scheduling changes with technicians.
• Work closely with technicians, service managers, and office staff to keep jobs moving.
